• To fine S.S. Lazio €12,000 for the improper conduct of the team. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

FC Bayern München Charges:

• Late kick-off, Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Late kick-off (Mr. Hans-Dieter Flick), Art. 11(2)(h) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:

• To fine FC Bayern München AG €15,000 for being responsible for the late kick-off. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To suspend the FC Bayern München AG coach, Mr. Hans-Dieter Flick, for one (1) UEFA club competition

match in which he would otherwise participate, for being responsible of the late kick-off. Said suspension is deferred for a probationary period of one year, starting from the date of the present decision.

• FC Bayern München AG ensures its coach is personally informed of this decision. Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Champions League Date: 3 November 2020 Match: FC Porto vs. Olympique de Marseille (3:0)

Olympique de Marseille Charges:
