3. Usepenorpenciltowriteoutfeelingsaboutyourinnercriticonpreppedpage.(youcandothisbeforeorafterdrawingyourface.

4. Tracefacemapoverselfieusingasoftlead(6B)pencil.

5. Transferthesketchtopreparedpagebyburnishingwithbonefoldertool,placefacerightoverjournaling.

6. SketchortraceanoutlineofportraitdetailswithaStabilowater-solublepencil.Enhanceoneortwothingsonyourfacethatyoueitherlikeordon’tlike.

7. Runawetbrushoverthepenciltobeginactivatingitandletitdry.

8. Putonecolorofacrylicpaintandblackandwhiteacrylicpaintsontoapalette.
