TASTING NOTE

Color and body: Translucent platinum, medium body with medium tears of high retention.

Nose: Honeyed profile with botanical nuances, sprout notes of cooked stew, crystallized fig complemented by nuances of lime zest, fresh anise, menthol, and epazote, in the third plane we perceive notes of vanilla pods, chamomile flower, and honey, with a long ending of pepper.

Taste: fresh impact, predominant character, notes of green agave, crystallized fig, prune, vanilla and acitrón, nuances of cucumber, lime and fresh grass appear accompanied by almond notes with traces of pepper and clove. The final is fresh and liqueur.

Aftertaste: Crystallized fig, cooked agave, fresh anise, cucumber peel, and pepper.
