1. Corporate office building for Saraswat co-operative Bank, Prabhadevi-

Mumbai having 70000 sqft. Of built-up area gr+8 floors with multilevel

basements for car park supported by pallette parking, two car lifts, capsule lift

. All state of the art facilities, rain water harvesting, Atrium, frp dome,

structural glazing for a neatly articulated elevation in slanted-angular and

curvilinear shape. Project cost Rs. 60 crores.

2. Interior Renovation of existing Auditorium cum Multipurpose hall named as

B.N.Vaidya Sabhagriha FOR Indian education society - IES, Dadar, Mumbai

, 20000 sq.ft. with stage, conference, parties etc Project cost Rs.6 crores

3. Interior Renovation of existing seminar rooms - large halls cum Multipurpose

hall named as FOR Indian education society, IES, Dadar,Bandra ( east and

west ), Mumbai , 1000 to 2000 sq.ft. with stage, conference, parties etc Project

cost varying from Rs.50 lakhs to 75 lakhs.

4. Interior Renovation of existing branch premises for State Bank of India namely

at Antop hill, Churchgate, Napeansea road, Pedder Road, Malabar hill,

Goregaon , Kandivali west, Kandivali east, Charkop , Parel, Juhu. Each

branch size varying from 5000 sq.ft. to 12000 sq.ft. Project cost from varying

from Rs.25 lakhs to 1.2 crores.

5. Interior Renovation of existing branch premises for Union of India at bandra

east, 3200 sq.ft. Project cost RS. 40 Lakhs.

6. Construction of Strong room – currency chest A-Class 700 sq.ft. and safe

deposit vaults 500 sq.ft. for State Bank of India namely at Antop Hill Branch,

Mumbai Project cost Rs. 12 lakhs.

7. Construction of safe deposit vaults 500 sq.ft. for Union Bank of India namely

at Bandra- east Branch, Mumbai Project cost Rs. 6 lakhs

room for cash storage, car lifts, capsule lift , atrium, structural glazing and all

latest amenities of international standards. Project cost Rs. 80 crores

2. Planning and designing of Proposed extension to the existing school building

complex of Indian education society,IES, Dadar, Mumbai , 60000 sq.ft. with

additional class rooms , lifts , fire escape staircases, part stilt + part 3 floors +

4. Planning and designing of TOWER GR+25 FLOORS Proposed extension to

the existing Educational building complex of Indian education society-IES,

Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai , 80000 sq.ft. with additional class rooms ,

lifts , fire escape staircases, multilevel basement with pallatte parking ,

conference rooms , cafatarias , laboratories, libraries , seminar rooms all the

latest state of the art facilities required for International standard education.

Project cost Rs. 100 crores.

5. Additional floor to the existing building of Marathi Bhasha cultural center at

Mumbai university at Kalina-Santacruz 15000 sq.ft Project cost Rs. 50 lakhs.

6. Proposed building for Printing press at Mumbai university at Kalina-Santacruz

20000 sq.ft Project cost Rs. 3 Crores.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS

. Selected as THE BEST STUDENT in 1987 and 1989. . Won the First Prize at the Annual Convention of National Association of Students of Architecture ( NASA – 1987 –88 ) Study / Survey of Bhimakali Temple Palace Complex at Sarahan, Himachal PR . Won very High Appreciation of the Study / Survey Project of the Sea- fort of ALIBAUG FORT

which is standing right in the deep sea at Alibaug in1984-85 As a First year Student of Architecture. Surveying and Measuring the entire 1.2 km long Sea-Fort including its complete periphery,

internal Palaces , Temples, Burzs, Mosque, Gates, Boundary Walls,Lakes , Pathways, Store Houses for Arms , the sea link to the attached Small fort etc.

HIGHER STUDIES

1989Received admission letter I-20 from Prestigious American Universities like IIT – CHICAGO ( Illinois Institute of Technology ) and FLORIDA A and M UNIVERSITY ( FAMU ) for M.ARCH.

Masters in Architecture . But was refused the VISA.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Professor at HIRE COLLEGE, Bandra east , Mumbai Teaching Design and History of Architecture to 3rd Year students for 3 consecutive years. Holding Private groups of students for their regular Reviews of Design and Construction , Thesis as a regular private activity with a lot of response . 2003 to 2005
