States of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and the District

of Columbia. Bauer Compressors has been manufacturing high pressure compressors

and fill stations for over 50 years. We have been selling Bauer products since 1992.

We have been one of their top two distributors for the past 9 years.

We have absolutely the best service department in the industry. We offer World Wide

service for any make or model of breathing air compressor. Every technician is factory

trained and equipped to handle any of your air compressor needs.

Our parts department carries a large variety of parts for every breathing air

system. In addition to Bauer (OEM) parts, we have lubricants for your compressor,

filter cartridges for your purification system and air sampling kits that meet NFPA 1989

and CGA standards. We are also a distributor for manufacturers such as Pelican,

Hannay Reels, Kussmaul Electronics, GFG Instrumentation and Class One gauges.

Our in-house fabrication shop allows us to renovate truck compartments

and other custom work that you may desire. We also design custom trailers

for mobile air applications.

I began Safe Air Systems, Inc. in 1992 while employed in the fire service. It beganwith one man (part time), one truck and one goal: quality customer service. Safe Air Systems, Inc. provides air quality testing that is simple to administerwith results returning within a week. All components of the test are shipped toyou via UPS and return labels are supplied with each kit to facilitate easy returnto the lab. If at anytime, your sample does not pass, we will ship you a retest kit immediately at no extra charge and have one of our service technicians call to troubleshoot the cause of the failed test.

Safe Air Systems offers a variety of programs. Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annualand Single air test programs can be purchased. All grades of air testingare available including military specs.

- Safe Air Systems has a state of the art testing facility with 4 computer operated test stands that have the capacity to test cylinders in large quantities.

-Our testing systems are single pump units that have the capacity to test cylinders simultaneously at a rate of 7 cylinders per testing cycle.

-We can test High Pressure cylinders ranging from 3,000 PSI to 10,000 PSI to meet the DOT standards.

-A computer generated report is provided with all test results.

Portable Fire Extinguishers are intended as a first line of defense to cope with fire of a limited size.

The National Fire Protection Associationrequires ALL fire extinguishers to be inspected annually and serviced as needed.

Safe Air Systems, Inc. can provide equipment as well as inspect, install, test and perform scheduled maintenance on all portable units.

-Our testing systems are single pump units that have the capacity to test cylinders simultaneously at a rate of 7 cylinders per testing cycle.

-We can test High Pressure cylinders ranging from 3,000 PSI to 10,000 PSI to meet the DOT standards.

-A computer generated report isprovided with all test results.

ASME vessels do not require testing. They are pressure vessels that are manufactured under the American Society of MechanicalEngineers not DOT standards. However, they do fall under ASMEpressure vessel code which is much stricter than DOT standards andcomes under OSHA and Department of Labor rules and inspections.

Air Quality Testing that is Easy, Accurate, and Affordable!

It is necessary that any department that makes their own breathing air must make sure that their air meets the standards put forth by the: • National Fire Protection Association • Compressed Gas Association• OSHA

Safe Air Systems, Inc. provides air quality testing that is simple to administerwith results returning within a week. All components of the test are shipped toyou via UPS and return labels are supplied with each kit to facilitate easy returnto the lab. If at anytime, your sample does not pass, we will ship you a retest kitimmediately at no extra charge and have one of our service technicians call to troubleshoot the cause of the failed test.

Safe Air Systems offers a variety of programs. Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annualand Single air test programs can be purchased. All grades of air testingare available including military specs.

We can even have a service tech come to your facility and pull each test!

NFPA 1989 *2008 standards state that quarterly samples must be taken. Also, that one air sample shall be taken before changing the purification components and a second must be taken after the components are changed. If you so desire Safe Air Systems will make sure that the transition to these new standards goes smoothly and effectively.
