    Position PurposeBriefly explain the general purpose of the position. This statement should be a general summary of the accountabilities listed in the nextsection.

    Responsible to support the freight business in the region with an emphasis of co ordination from the time of nomination until tclosure of the files. Keeping a track and records of cargo book and analysis of our pricing and competitionpricing andperformances. Follow up of fixtures to ensure timely accurate performance and support the ground team with day to day activAlso, helpand support the ground freight team in spot/medium term market analysis and share report to the wider teams inSingaporre and Geneva. Maintain PDAs for different sizes and help calculate freights and run different scenarios. Help andsupport both internal and external customer relationship in this role. The role requires a high level of communication skills andteamwork in order to effectively serve customers and deal with external brokers/suppliers.

    Enable the freight team on ground for the execution piece of their respective game plans with specificcustomers and increase market share. Extend support and obtain information for compliance theCargill counter party screening process. Gathering market insights and sharing the same with theground team from ports, brokersm different sources thereby enabling improve market reading.

    Generate daily book of cargoes rated and help establishing our pricing model versus competitionthereby understanding competitive analysis. Help and innovate ideas for building strong customerrelationships (for target customers and strategic routes). Follow and complete the accountmanagement disciplines. Reporting sales calls, meeting notes and help build a structured portfolio ofvarious customers. Also build/maintain relationships with internal stakeholders includingadmin/vessel ops/accounting for timely closure of files and co ordinating with customersoperations/account staff etc.

    Understand the business plan and thereby regional and contribute to get access from newer playersand undertake to follow up if the customer could be a fit to broader theme. Support ground team ona regular basis or freight market S&D analysis and assist in market reading helping to anticipatemarket moves and maximize opportunities both for ourselves and the customers we serve

    Work in close collaboration with all OT departments (Middesk, PFVO, AO, Accounting, Risk, Credit)and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner (Booking wires, Chinsay, IMOS,Vessel nominations updates)
