Product Design Specification (Design 4)

Size

150 x 60 x 70 cm. From these measurements. This design can fit all the necessary components needed to generate energy. It also fit a few life saving products.It is relatively large in size due to the need for a lot of space.

Weight(kg)

2.5 kg. Due to the usage of dynamo to produce electrical energy, the weight is increased. It is also due to the insertion of other products such as flares battery and many more.

Power(mAh)

30000. By using dynamo the power generated is quite high, hence making the usage of this design very useful. The generation of high power allows for multi usage of the power. For example, the design allows for charging of battery and usage of the usb port at the same time.

Mobility

Yes. Even though there is a lot of products and the usage of dynamo,the design still allows for it being portable. The arrangement of the product inside of the design made it possible to transport all of the products even though it contains dynamo inside.

Material (Body)

The main material used is mild steel which is sturdy and light for the classification of steel. It is also for it to be durable to things such as impact to the ground and such. To avoid rusting, coating is used on the mild steel which increase the longevity of the design and also making it applicable to situations such as floods.

Mechanism

From the winding of a mechanism potential energy is produced. From the potential energy,the energy is transferred to the dynamo by the rod. From the rod the potential is converted into electrical energy by the turning of dynamo. From the dynamo the electrical energy is distributed to parts of the design to power up the outputs . From the outputs the usage of energy is possible.
