What do student say?
Despite being an international student, I always felt at home in NPSS. The teachers were so approachable and helpful. I am currently in Carleton University, Ontario and it's also been a splendid experience. I sure do miss NPSS, and I will never forget it. It's more than a school to me. It's home away from home.-Fumbi
The teachers were always there to encourage and help us when we had problems in class. The school provided a principal for the international students which made it easy for us because we had someone we could talk to when we needed advice. I also made some friends who have had different impact on me and most of all i had a very great year at NPSS - Leonora
Homestay
How do we assure quality homestays? Our homestay coordinator screens all homestay families very carefully, including references, a criminal record check, an interview, and an in-home inspection. We try to match students with families based on interests.
What happens if there is a problem with the homestay? Our homestay coordinator monitors the homestay to ensure that everything is going well. If there is an unsolvable problem then we will introduce the child to another family and move them.
