Instead Tahrima is one of the thousands of women across Bangladesh employed by Pebble; a social enterprise founded in 2005 to create employment for rural women that is good quality, fairly paid, flexible and local.

Pebble’s skilled workers produce wonderful, contemporary knitting, crochets and embroidery by hand. This offers a unique opportunity for female artisans to take control of their lives by creating beautifully crafted pieces for the global marketplace.
