• Portage CTE students earned 997 dual credits last year. Some of those students earned additional college credits during their junior year.
• 148 PHS students earned one or more professional certifications from their CTE class last year.
• Portage is our highest enrollment school. We have almost 400 students from Portage this year—more than 1/3 of our total ½ day student population
• Portage is a very important partner in our CTE system. Their administration, counselors, and students embrace career and technical education as a viable component of a student’s curriculum.
THANK YOU For providing an opportunity to
recognize some of our outstanding PHS students here today.
Career and Technical Education is here to serve the community and enhance our
future workforce.
Our mission is to provide the opportunity for our students to be successful at work!
