are an early adopter for Pediatric Therapy Service Packs) we will have new filters available in the caseload tab to allow users to filter by “problem areas”

★ This allows providers to work an “error list” but also have visibility into the full list if they wish

New Options for Correcting Claims★ In 2019.3 we have introduced new options to help to simplify correcting claim

★ Example: provider forgot to post the re-evaluation charge. In the past we had to reverse the whole ticket and repost all of the items resulting in a lot of entries on the ledger

Creating Custom Breakdown Reports

★ In 2019.3 2 new features were added for breakdown reports to allow for a 4th level of reporting, and also provides a drill down feature

★ This is enabled in custom reports★ Start by adding a new custom report in the custom reports menu by selecting “A” to add, then

add the code and description


★ When the report builder opens you can simply select the breakdown items by using the drop downs


★ Use this option if you want to open the report in the new collapsible view by default


★ When you run the report it will open in your web browser, and you can drill in and out of the different items
