Paramount Serenity Home Health Services, LLC provides Speech Therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes. Our Speech Therapists help clients develop their language and speech skills to regain control and increase their communication.

Our Story
Paramount Serenity Home Health Services, LLC (PSHHS) was founded by three sisters who are all Registered Nurses with a combined experience of over 50 years in the healthcare area. The decision to go into home health care came from the desire to serve others, and to address inefficiencies in the home health care industry. Due to the significant increase in healthcare cost for inpatient hospitalization, research has proven that home health services enable clients to receive Skilled Nursing Services care in their homes, reducing complications and decreasing the time needed for recovery, while decreasing cost for out of pocket expenses for the clients.

Private Duty Nursing Services
Private Duty Skilled nursing is an hourly service provided by our highly trained nurses both RNs and LPNs, under the plan and direction of a physician. The services are provided at a minimum of 8 hours a day and up to 24 hours a day in a client’s home. Some of the medical conditions and diagnoses we treat are:
Prematurity, Gastrointestinal Disorders with Ostomies &/or Gastrostomies (Short Gut Syndrome), Traumatic Brain Injuries, Respiratory Diseases, Neurological Impairments, Chromosomal Abnormalities, Cardiac Abnormalities, Endocrine Disorders, Quadriplegic, Seizure disorders, Mitochondrial Disease.
