About Jon Taylor Jonathan Taylor has over twenty years of expertise and an extensive network to draw upon, from primary classroom practitioner and Senior Leader, to setting up and leading the largest alternative education and study support organisation in Gloucestershire; working with upwards of 1000 of Gloucestershire’s most disengaged children and young people every year. Jon also successfully led the school improvement for a number of Gloucestershire schools in the most difficult and challenging of circumstances. Jon continues to work with schools across the country on all aspects of school improvement, from those that have entered an OFSTED category of concern to those seeking to become outstanding. Jon has successfully completed the professional training to become a registered School Inspector for OFSTED.
