Pega 7 Installation Steps:
System Requirements:
Windows 7- Premium/Ultimate 64 bit OS
Windows 8/8.1 - 64 bit OS
Ram- 4gb
After extracting the software place all files in one single folderNote: Pega software Folder name should not contain any spaces..
Go to Control panel -> add or remove programs-> Uninstall all java software files(Jdk 1.7/1.8) or any java related updates available
Having any database installed, Uninstall the Database(Ex: Oracle,Db2 Etc) from add/remove programs
Go To Pega software folder Click on Install.batch file -> next -> next-> accept -> next->
Start Also Check Port Availability ( Data base Port & Server Port)
Ex: Server port—8080/9090, Data base port—5432/5434 Installation will take around 30-45 min In the middle of installation you will get a firewall popup -> Click
on Allow access 2 times Make Internet Explorer as the default browser (Use IE 9/10/11)
