iss u ed cons olidat ing th e pens ion of pens ioners who re t i red in the pre -r evis ed p ay s ca les 200 5 , an d with r e fe rence to th e employees whore t i r ed be tween 1 .7 .2003 and 1 .4 .2005 i t was o rde red tha t the

em ployees wh o re t i red between 01 -07-2003 an d 1-4-20 05 ar e e ligib le

for revis ion of th eir pay in th e Revised Pay Sca les , 200 5 n otion ally as

pe r the o rde r s is s u ed in th e G.O. fir s t r ead a bove . As s u ch , thepens ions o f thes e employees may be r ev i s ed no t iona l ly a s pe r therevised p ay in Revised Pay Scales , 2005 an d m one tary ben efit sh ould

be a llowed from 01 -04-20 05. No difference on Retirem ent Gratu ity an d

Commutat ion shal l be a l lowed on the pens ion not ional ly f ixed as

above and th is i s subject to outcome of the Specia l Leave Pet i t ion(Civil) Nos. 5394-5470 of 2004 pending in Hon`ble Supreme Court.

who retired between 1.7.1 998 to 1.4.199 9 will be pa id on 1 .8.200 6. It

ret i red between 1 .7 .2003 to 1 .4 .2005 are a lso en t i t led for

commutation of pension on the differential port ion of pension whichth ey are en t i t led to dra w with effec t from 1 .4 .200 5 (a t 4 0% which wa sth e r a te ex is t ing a t th a t t ime). The a r r ea r s on accoun t o f s an c t ion o f
