Advanced dashboards and reports in Fourth Analytics that give a 360-degree view about employees and the workforce. More than just demographics and turnover, Fourth Analytics fuses POS transaction data, kitchen management information and customer satisfaction with HR data. Removes the need for HR teams to pull together multiple data points, with all information delivered in one place through flexible integration capabilities. Also incorporates customer sentiment and employee engagement and will also include employee sentiment soon. Bringing together all data for a particular employee to see absences, performance issues, average revenue per check, average clock in times, average tip earnings, penetration of starters, drinks, etc. Managers can then easily compare data with team averages to highlight areas for training. Difficult to see direct correlation between the policies the organisation puts in place, and the results. Can be difficult for HR directors to get the facts needed to really lead the people agenda. Lots of uncertainty about Brexit and its true impact on the business’s workforce. On top of all this, there’s increasing legislation for hospitality businesses to contend with, including Gender Pay Gap reporting which many businesses have failed to submit by the April 2018 deadline.
