Joining GLI as Business Development Represen- tative is Susan Lockett. Lockett comes to GLI from technology company Agilysys, where she worked for nearly 10 years. At GLI, Lockett will be responsible for tribal gaming commissions in Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin, over- seeing all of the commissions' testing needs. Lockett has been involved with tribal gaming as an Associate Mem- ber of the National Indian Gaming Association for more than five years. Next month, she will begin her second year as a member of NIGA's advisory committee. GLI team member Robert Pagliaroli has been promoted to Business Develop- ment Representative. Previously, Pagliaroli served in GLI's Quality Control division, and he will bring his back-of-house expe- rience and in-depth technical knowledge to his new client base in GLI's Arizona and California territories. Pagliaroli has been in the gaming industry since 1991, and has operator experience on both the table games and slots side of the gaming floor. Additionally, he has technical experience with Acres and IGT, where he worked in field service. GLI recently appointed its newest Tribal Gaming Develop- ment Representative, David Zarate. Zarate brings extensive experience in tribal gam- ing to GLI, having most recently served as Director of Coeur d’Alene Tribal Gaming, where he developed gaming rules, internal controls, procedures and staffing. In his position, Zarate directed a large staff and oversaw regulatory compliance for 1,800 gaming devices, a 500-seat bingo hall, off- track betting, and he assisted with interpret- ing IGRA and gaming compacts. Santa Ana Star Casino Hires Jonathon Bartlett as New PBX Supervisor Santa Ana Star Casino, one of New Mexico's leading Native American gaming casinos, hired Jonathon Bartlett as its new PBX Supervisor. Bartlett, who is new to the gaming industry, has nine years of customer service experience, and is responsible for running the PBX system, routing all incoming calls to the appropriate department, and ensuring that all questions regarding the casino and its promotions are answered correctly. “I wanted to join Santa Ana Star Casino after I visited the Play- ers Club and saw the amount of rewards I earned on my Star Rewards Card. I was impressed; the representative who helped me seemed well informed and pleasant. With my customer service expe- rience, I decided to apply and so far this has been an amazing expe- rience. Lucenti joined Turning Stone in 1998as Front Office Manager. She had heldthe same position at the Radisson in Uticabefore coming to Verona. A native ofSchuyler, she worked for Caesar’s inAtlantic City for five years, then moved to Harrah’s in Lake Tahoebefore returning to Central New York.

Lucenti holds a degree in travel and tourism from HerkimerCounty Community College and a math and science degree fromLake Tahoe Community College. She also attended Utica College,majoring in biology.

Two Executive Positions Announced at LVGIFurther strengthening the company's

Atronic Announces Changesin Corporate Leadership

Atronic International announces sev-eral changes at the executive level of thecorporation. Effective immediately,Thierry Aiglon has been named as ChiefOperating Officer for the Atronic Inter-national Group, including Atronic Systems.
