Our Vision for the Future Start a cohort in region 31 Uphold integrity and values don't get lost in the system connect and learn see others plan share info extend beyond I/DD engage to keep PCP moving forward we need to start with a value base that says anyone who wants a plan gets a

willing to break the rules Connect and learn fully engage self-advocates as facilitators extend service to others in the community support and do plans for each other, not a truncated version but full plan support each other by working with someone else to co-facilitate a plan bring PCP into our local schools Conferences close
