Maya plugin Install Follow the installation wizard to install step by step. 

  Step1 ： 

Right click Axis_Plugin_for_Maya2019_x64_2_0_0_104_20191105112652125.msi and click Install or 

Double -click on it. 

 Step2: 

Click【Run】 

 Step3: 

Click【Next】

Step6: 

Click【Finish】and noitom_perception_robot_2019x64.mll will be successfully installed in Plug-ins 

directory.

Connecting Maya to Axis 1.Open Axis Studio, then Click Main menu to pop settings dialog and navigate to "BVH Broadcasting" tab 

page in Axis Studio 

 

2.Enable Advanced Bvh Select "TCP", choose "Local address", enter a valid net port and click "OK" to 

apply the settings. 

3.Open recorded data or connect a device.

4. Loading Plugin into Maya. It needs to be loaded manually every time Maya restarts. 

Go to Windows > Settings/Preferences >Plug-in Manager to open the Plug-in Manager. 

5. Search “noitom_perception_robot.mll “ and click “Loaded” . If you want your “Neuron Mocap” plugin to                               

be loaded automatically, select its Auto Load option. 

. 6.Go to Toolbar>Neuron >mocap to open the Neuron Mocap.

7. Input Aixs Studio’s Hosts ip and net port to receive data streaming from Axis Studio . 

5.Click “Initialize” and “ Create Skeleton” button .There will be a T-pose skeleton showup after clicking 

“Create Skeleton” button in the Viewer window if your connection was established successfully.   

6. Click “Characterize” button to characterize your current skeleton.

7.Import your model and and set up your source and target characters. In this sample,my HumanIK 

character’s name is StudioModel.

8.Click”Start mocap” ,then your model will be driven by Axis Studio motion data. And click “Stop mocap” 

to stop. 

Notes： 

1. Multiple characters mode is not supported for now. 

2. If you changed the skeleton's type in Axis Studio, you need to click "Delete Skeleton" button and 

create a new skeleton.
