How to login: Simply log on to
MySWHRCIN.org using your
username and password.
Click the “Total Rewards” tile and
then the “My Applause” link on the
left hand side of the page. This will
take you directly to the Applause
Website.

A look at the Applause
program Start a nomination
or eCard
View eCards
you’ve sent and
receivedSee who has received an
eCard recently across the
system
Send an eCard or Submit a Nomination
Click on the “Who
would you like to
appreciate” box
and enter the
name of the
person (or people)
you want to
receive
recognition
Click on the
“Recognition
Type” to
choose eCard
or Award
Nomination
Click
“Appreciate” in
the upper right
corner
Choose
whether or
not you
want to be
notified
when the
recipient
opens the
eCard
Choose the
Award Level:
“None” will be
an eCard and
“On the Spot”
will be a
nomination for
300 points
that does NOT
require
approval.
Submit an eCard
Type the
names of
leader(s)
you would
like to
receive a
copy of the
eCardClick “Next”
Submit an eCard
Choose an
eCard from
those provided
OR upload your
own image
Submit a stock eCard
Enter your message of
thanks to the recipient(s)Choose whether or not

balance to view awards
You have the option to view all awards,
awards within your point range, or select
a custom range
Select an award to
add it to your cart
After adding an
award to your cart,
your points will
instantly decrease
so you’ll always
know how many
points you have
remaining
Once you select
an award, click
“checkout”, enter
in the requested
information, and
the item will be
shipped to your
door!
Redeem
AwardsUse the search function or
select an award category to
find the award you are
looking for
After logging on, select “Tasks”
Approve/Decline Awards
Pending Tasks with
Decline and Approve
links next to each other
are for single
nominations.
Pending Tasks with an
Approve All button are for group nominations.
View Details for an Approval will take you to the
Award Approval Details screen.
View Details for an approved nomination will take
you to the Task Details screen
On the Award Approval Details screen you will see
more information about the nomination plus all the
employees nominated.
To modify an award level contact
You can approve the nominations individually
(Approve) or as a group (Approve All).
You can also transfer the nomination to someone
else for approval.
Award Approval Details
On the Task Details screen you can
print all the certificates at once, or
individually, as well as mark the
presentation as complete to deposit
the approved amount of points into
the employee(s) bank.

First, Log into Applause via
MySWHRCIN.org:
1. Using the drop down for My
Account, click Pairing Codes.
2. Select “Generate Pairing Code”.
You’ll receive a 6-digit code.Second, on your phone or
tablet:
3. Open the Great WorkTM app.
4. Click “I have a pairing code”.
5. Enter the code you were
given.
