ServiceTracer® for System MonitorThe solution consists of the following components:

■ Workflow Editor: Graphical tool to set up the performance measurements based on image pattern recognition. Very easy to learn and to use.

■ ServiceTracer® Client: A robot simulating end-user tran-sactions at the desktop level (GUI). ServiceTracer® measures response times of any ECM frontend applica-tion – IBM, 3rd party and custom-built.

■ Network Tracer: Measures network performance from the data center to the end users’ location.

■ Trace Management Server: Collects all performance infor-mation from ServiceTracer® Clients and Network Tracers and provides that in Service Level Reports and to System Monitor as Single Point of Control for the ECM administrators.
