With 8 hydraulic extensions the PK 27002 Performance achieves a maximum outreach of 21.3

metres. Its wide range of attachments make this crane the multi-talent for carrying out work at

great heights. Through its long outreach the crane is also suitable for winch operation and inspect-

ion work using a cage. In combination with a fly-jib the PK 27002 Performance additionally opens

up the way to the assembly league.

Supplied with Functional Design and Advanced Package as standard, the PK 27002 Performance is

the outstanding crane in its class.

Return oil utilisation

The high speed of the extension system is impres-sive. It results from return oil utilisation, which isinstalled as standard, and the generously dimen-sioned hydraulic lines. This makes for increasedefficiency in any type of working.

POWER LINK PLUS

PALFINGER has specially developed this knuckleboom so that it can be angled upwards by 15degrees. It stands out by virtue of the excellentmovement geometry. Even in the most restrictedspaces, difficult crane jobs can be carried out withease.

Functional design

Central lubrication

For all bearings on the base frame.

Control valve

In combination with the PALFINGER radio remotecontrol system the load-sensing proportional valvemakes for highly sensitive crane control.

AOS

The Active Oscillation Suppression system, which isavailable exclusively from PALFINGER, compensa-tes for jolts and sharp stress cycles caused by craneoperation. Because oscillations are eradicated, thecrane can work with pin-point accuracy muchmore quickly and therefore more cost-efficiently.

Adjustable slide blocks

These ensure optimal lateral guidance of theextension system.

Extension system

The extension cylinders are guided in Jordal railsover rollers.

Hose equipment for accessories

With this option you can provide the oil supply toaccessories. The hoses are routed in compacttroughs and plastic link chains. They are thereforevery well protected.

Internally routed oil ducts

The internally routed oil ducts permit a compactdesign for the extension system and ensure perfectprotection from damage.

Load-holding valves

They prevent the crane arm from dropping and aremounted as standard on the elevating and knuckle-boom cylinder as well as on the extension arm. Thevalves are positioned in such a way that they areprotected from being damaged.

Outriggers

The standard 5.6 m outriggers ensure optimumstability. As an option a 6.6 m telescopic outriggeris available. The pipework to the support cylindersis internally routed in the outriggers, providing ahigh level of protection from damage at all times.On request, the outriggers can be supplied withsupport cylinders that swivel up hydraulicallythrough 180°.
