Due to firewall settings, email notifications may not be received for user creation or dashboard sharing in the Philips generalnetwork. Make sure to check the firewall setting at site if a similar issue is noticed.

4.4 Benchmarking DataValidations in benchmark data:

Sync the TAT_Type in the TAT Benchmark table with the TAT_type used in TAT_Phases/HL7 Phases view in the elastic cube. Thiswill enable the ability to dynamically add TATs.

NOTE

Validation will not be performed on this TAT_Type. It is the user’s responsibility to make sure the required validated data is inplace.

Benchmark fields:

Enter all combinations of parameters on which benchmarks/targets are assigned (e.g. If modality benchmark is for site/dept/modality/device/patient class, all valid combinations must be entered). Support is provided if there are unavailable benchmarksin some fields. For a drill down in benchmark graphs, no benchmarks appear, but if a field is not benchmarked in benchmarkmaster data overview table widgets, the corresponding benchmark master data overview table must exclude it from its widgetfilter list (widget level). Do not provide device benchmarks for HL7 only dashboards. Pick the technologist and radiologist namesfor user-specific benchmarking from the drill views (HL7_TAT/DICOM_exams) as they are the only source of staff names/dataavailable.

When benchmarks are being introduced for a new year, make sure that the calendar has been generated as mentioned in MasterData Configuration. DayOfTheWeek benchmarks are aggregated based on the fields for which the benchmarks are provided andbased on date range and field selection in the filters.

4.5 Synchronizing Time Interval for Cube BuildingTo configure the time interval for synchronized cube building on site:

1. Log in to Windows VM with administrator credentials.

2. Open the Sisense Server Console

Group and User Data Security utilizes a UNION on permissions. If a group has data security more narrow than the user, theuser will may have narrowed visibility to the data. This may also limit the data available for selection in the filters if the fieldsdo not connect to the corresponding tables in the Elastic cube. It is recommended to thoroughly discuss Data Security with aPhilips Solution Advisor during configuration.

NOTE

If adding KPIs like “Technologist by Department”, specify which technologist a particular Modality Manager can see byselecting Operator Name and select the user for which to set the permission and add all the technologist under theirmanagement.

NOTE

For third party vendor like Sisense, it is not required to create groups or users in Active Directory. A customer service usershares the log details with them.
