    PERI ACS System will be used for the construction of the Core Wall of Kohinoor SquareProject. ACS means Automatic Climbin System in which the shutter !anels are mountedo"er ACS brac#ets and mo"ed hydraulically inde!endent of the crane. $or the wall formwor# PERI %ARI& '()* wall formwor# will be used. (he shutter hei ht is *.+m. (hese shutter

    !anels are desi ned for a concrete !ressure of ,+ #- sqm.

    Please find the below Core layout from /asement 0e"el12 to /asement 0e"el1) 3Refer PERIdr . +41+2425*+1/++46 Sheet146 Re"1b7. (he ty!ical basement floor to floor hei ht is24++mm. (hese ) basements will be com!leted in ) !ours of 28,+mm 34 st !our7 and )),+mm3)nd !our7. (he ) walls alon the door o!enin s ha"e a thic#ness of 49++mm6 which will etreduced to 8++mm from /asement 0e"el14 onwards.

    (he bo:1outs for the door o!enin s are made by con"entional system usin !lywood6 ;1/eams < !ro!s. (he shutter !anels are of "arious ty!es such as E !anel 3e:ternal76 I !anel3internal76 EC !anel 3e:ternal corner7 and IC !anel 3internal corner7. A total of 5* !anels arerequired for the 4 st !our and e:tra * !anels for the ) nd !our.

    All the shutter !anels are to be assembled "ery close to the core so that durin erection thehandlin distance is reduced. A (ower Crane is to be used for the shutter erection !rocedure.A usa e of fully dedicated crane would result in faster erection. (he !our hei ht is 28,+mm.

    Reinforcement for the entire core is com!leted. At the location of 4.9m thic# wall the e:ternalshutter !anels are lifted by crane and !ositioned on the wall for the ne:t !our. At theselocations the shutter !anels are ali ned by !ush !ull !ro!s from the !latform. (he shutter

    !anels on the core sides 38++mm thic#7 remain mounted o"er the ACS1R !latform throu hthe formwor# carria e. (he inside shutter !anels are rolled bac# by trolley of ACS1P system.

    (ie rods are fi:ed and shutter ali ned. $inishin !latforms of ACS1P 30e"el 147 is fi:ed to thesystem. Please refer the s#etch below.
