9. REFERENCE CIVIL, STRUCTURAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL DOCUMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION.

10. PROVIDE FIRE TREATED BLOCKING AT WALLS CONTAINING CABINETS, RESTROOM ACCESSORIES AND EQUIPMENT, HANDRAILS, KITCHEN EQUIPMENT, & OTHER IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRING IN-WALL BRACING.

11. ALL CONTRACTORS SHALL PROVIDE NEW, UNDAMAGED MATERIALS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

12. ALL NEW WORK SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED PLUMB AND LEVEL UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

13. ALL WOOD IN CONTACT WITH CONCRETE SHALL BE PRESSURE TREATED.
