What is PATH?
PATH is a FREE program designed to provide the skills and tools needed to effectively manage ongoing health problems such asdiabetes, arthritis, hypertension, obesity, chronic kidney disease and depression.
PATH participants will learn:

• Physical Activity Fundamentals
• Relaxation Techniques
• Pain and Fatigue Management
• Depression and Stress Management
• Healthy Eating
• Better Communication With Health Care

The average employee takes 3.5 sick days per year at an excess cost (over persons with no risks) of $272 per year.

What happens in the PATH Workshop?
• Two trained leaders conduct the workshop once a week for six weeks.
