WORKING SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

– I have 29 years of experience to implement local and international research and expertise on the field of urban-, regional and economic development, local government and innovation. I was involved more than 120 research and planning/monitoring projects, and I was the pro-ject leader/co-ordinator (on the Hungarian side of the project) related to around 50 transna-tional and cross-border projects.

– I have 17 years experience in project management of Phare/EU funded projects in the field of regional development and regional planning. As project leader I was responsible for the over-all management of the projects including tendering, implementation, reporting and ensuring publicity. During these projects I gained thorough understanding of DIS/PRAG and public pro-curement procedures and rules.

– I have 13 years experience in evaluation of applications related to the Structural Funds and Phare CBC/Interreg programme, and involvement in the work of Evaluation Committee, additionally in the ex-ante evaluation of the Regional Operativ Programme of Hungary for 2004-2006.
