1. Το Ν.1514/1985 «Ανάπτυξη της επιστημονικής και τεχνολογικής έρευνας», όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει.

2. Την υπ. Αριθμ. ΚΥΑ 5439/1985 (ΦΕΚ 298/Β/85) «Σύσταση Ειδικών Λογαριασμών στο ΥΠΕΤ και στους εποπτευόμενους από αυτό φορείς

για την αξιοποίηση των κονδυλίων έρευνας», όπως αυτή τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει.

3. Τον ιδρυτικό νόμο Τον ιδρυτικό νόμο του Ε.Α.Α. το Προεδρικό Διάταγμα 62/1986 «Οργανισμός του Εθνικού Αστεροσκοπείου Αθηνών», όπως
