Signing In

• Go to www.bridges.com• Look for the parent section, and click Sign In.• Click Create a New Portfolio• Complete the form that appears using your

district Site ID and Password below – • Site ID: 1239916• Password: career

Signing In

• Choose a portfolio name and password that you’ll remember!

• Once the form is filled out, click Create Your Portfolio

• Select Choices Explorer or Choices Planner from the Your Tools page.

Signing In

• Help your child prepare for his or her future with the activities found on each tab in Choices. Here are a few suggestions, listed by tab, to get you started:• Work

• Explore careers by Career Clusters• Find careers that match your skills and interest with the Assessments

• Learn • Create a four-year high school course plan in the Course Plan Builder. • Find programs and majors that match your child’s interests.

• Your Portfolio• Store your child’s plans, activities, and interests in their secure online

portfolio, or create your own portfolio!

Choices Planner

• Once you are signed in select Choices Planner from the tool box

• Under the learn heading click on High School Planning

• Click on Course Plan Builder

Course Plan Builder

• Under he Basic Plan choose Edit

Course Plan Builder

• Choose CHHS recommended or CHHS Distinguished Plan

• Click on Add to your plan (top right)

Course Plan Builder

• On the top left corner click on the word Add next to High School. Select Colleyville Heritage and Add school to your plan.

Required High School Courses

• When you finish please make sure you have green check marks on the far right column. You should total 28 or more credits on the bottom row.

• 26 credits are required for graduation
