Introduction Personal protective equipment(PPE) consists of clothing that is used to protect the human body from contact with herbicides and their residues. Herbicide labels may also list minimum PPE that is required to handle that particular compound. Goggles- to protect the eyes and face against splashes when pouring, mixing, loading,

spraying of tall crops

Respirator- to prevent inhalation of herbicides during pouring, mixing, loading and

spraying

Gloves- to avoid the hand from herbicides

Apron- prevent the herbicides from the body and clothes

Boots- to prevent the leg parts from the herbicides and bring safety during the activity.
