Result: Reduced Industry Clearances from ~1.2M to ~940K DQI: Overdue PRs

Action: Send JPAS Message that PR is required

Action: Downgrade Eligibility based upon non-compliance w/message

Result: Reduced Overdue PRs from ~51K to ~4K in Jan DQI: KMP Reconciliation (Reason FCL/Priority Processing/DQI)

Action: Reconciled KMPs identified in JPAS and to match those listed in ISFD (Authoritative source for KMPs required to be cleared in conjunction with FCL)

Result: Impacted ~15K JPAS records. ~2K added KMP designation to JPAS record; ~13K removed KMP designation from JPAS record
