The architectural draughtsmen are trained in the following software:

a) Intelli-CAD (2-D drawings)

b) AutoCad (2-D drawings)

c) Revit (2 and 3 D drawings)

d) Sketch-up (3-D drawings)

Services provided:

• Prepare submission model and drawings in Revit and Autocad to the relevant competent authorities in Singapore such as the Urban Redevelopment Authority and BCA;

• Prepare 3-D presentation sketches in Sketch-up and Revit from architect’s free hand sketches and Road Line Plan;

• Space planning design in Revit and Autocad
