BIOGRAPHYOften described as the "American Michael Buble," or the "next Frank Sinatra,"
Chicago-based Peter Oprisko enjoyed a successful career as a writer, actor, voice-over
performer, and nationally-syndicated radio host(interviewing and featuring the music of
Tony Bennett, Natalie Cole, Henry Mancini, Michael Feinstein, and their
contemporaries) before embarking on a path that has led him to become one of the
country's most in-demand and acclaimed concert and recording artists.
Accompanied by various sized virtuoso music ensembles(ranging from solo piano to
big band), Peter tours extensively and averages 300 performances annually at theatres,
colleges, clubs, fundraisers, casinos and corporations nationwide. His exciting,
engaging, and interactive presentation that preserves, promotes, and perpetuates the rich
musical legacies of America's foremost singers and songwriters appeals to audiences of
all ages and has attracted many fans.
Legendary Grammy-winning jazz pianist Ramsey Lewis calls Oprisko "The Rolls
Royce" of singers today, and in addition to being an official entertainer for the public
and private events of the Chicago White Sox and NASCAR(and headlining the 2008
Rosemary Clooney Festival in Maysville, Kentucky), Peter's recording of "Jingle Bells"
was featured in a recent holiday episode of the popular CBS-TV series "NCIS."
An effective headliner in his own right, Peter has also established himself as a popular
opener for other top-flight acts such as the Buckinghams, Howard Levy, and the Beach
Boys. Peter is a voting member of NARAS(the Grammy Awards) and ASCAP, and is
president of Retropolis Records for which he prolifically writes and records.

THIS RIDER IS ATTACHED AND MADE PART OF CONTRACT DATED______________BETWEEN PETER OPRISKO (HEREINAFTER
REFERRED TO AS ARTIST) AND _______________________ (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS PURCHASER) for the performance of “
show title if any ” featuring Peter Oprisko—America’s Pop Standards Sensation. If you have any questions regarding the adherence to these

document, this rider shall be the prevailing understanding between the parties.
1- PURCHASER shall provide a stage large enough to accommodate the band ensemble and show with a black backdrop.
2- (Unless negotiated otherwise)Venue with sound and lights and operators must be available for a minimum three-hour rehearsal and sound check on
the afternoon prior to the performance.
3- (Unless negotiated otherwise)PURCHASER shall provide a First Class Sound System (minimum of 16 channels) with an effects unit (echo &
reverb) with operator, which is capable of being adequately heard at concert levels throughout the entire audience. One wireless microphone(with
fresh battery), one corded microphone (Shure SM 58 at least or EQUIVALENT) must be provided with one extra long cord and straight stands. The
microphones should be easily removable from the stands. Separate microphones shall be available to mike the band. A separate monitor board, mixer
and a minimum of three onstage monitors must also be provided. There must be at least three separate monitor mixes.
4-(Unless negotiated otherwise) PURCHASER shall provide a First Class stage lighting system with operator and 1 follow spot and operator. Lighting
grid to support front of stage and orchestra lighting for four (4) color washes (red, blue, amber and clear white).
5- (Unless negotiated otherwise) PURCHASER shall provide subject to ARTIST final approval:
a. Baby grand piano tuned to A-440 prior to rehearsal and performance and
b. Yamaha: Motiff, CP-300, CP-80 or Roland1000 or KORG SG1D or Kurzweil: PC-88, PC2X, or equivalent all with weighted keys, with amplifier.
Keyboard must have bench and sustain pedals.
c. One bass amp (bass amps preferred: Roland 100, SWR, Trace Elliot or Gallen Krueger. If requested, one Acoustic Bass (3/4 size) European non-
plywood and bow with good condenser microphone.
d. Pro full five piece drum kit e.g. Yamaha Custom series or Gretsch Catalina Club, etc. with snare, bass, two tom-toms, all cymbals, hardware,
DW5000 pedal if available and Rock n’ Soc Drum Stool, etc. (with a jazz sound if possible).
6- One restroom and/or one band dressing room shall be provided that are both clean and comfortable, heated and air-conditioned, with toilet
facilities and hot and cold running water. Dressing rooms shall also have hanging facilities for wardrobe, adequate lighting, and mirror(s). Dressing
rooms must have adequate security.
7- PURCHASER shall provide a large deli/fruit/snack platter(or equivalent) and an adequate supply of non-carbonated (still) bottled water, soft drinks
and hot herbal tea and coffee shall be provided in one dressing room or green room.
8- PURCHASER shall not have the right to record, transmit by any means or televise any portion of PERFORMANCE without the express prior
written consent of ARTIST.
9- PURCHASER agrees and guarantees that ARTIST and/or ARTIST'S representatives shall have the sole and exclusive right to sell all souvenir
items, including but not limited to CD’s at the presentation. PURCHASER warrants and guarantees that there shall be no sale or other distribution of
such merchandise at this presentation without the prior written consent of ARTIST. PURCHASER shall not be entitled to receive any portion of any
receipts by reason of such sales. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST and ARTIST'S representatives, free of cost, with adequate space for sale of
such merchandise. This paragraph shall not be deemed to impose any obligation upon ARTIST to sell souvenir items at the presentation.
10- Billing shall be as follows: “(Show Title if any)” featuring PETER OPRISKO(100% headline) America’s Pop Standards Sensation (25%
headline positioned adjacent to or beneath the main headline).
11- PURCHASER shall provide ARTIST with up to eight (8) complimentary tickets to each performance upon request.
