Objectives of the project
Short term:- to finalise the method of curriculum development based heavily upon new technologies;- to develop 17 modules in the field of SME management (and not in general entrepreneurship);- to enlarge the European vision with four country comparative elements to the modules;- to develop the interoperability of the electronic platforms – allowing students cross registration;
Long term:- to contribute the development of the European cross border SME mobility;- to help SMEs co-operating with large national or multinational companies;- to lessen the bankruptcy rates in the participating countries;

Working method of the development process
1. Drawing up the requirements of the SME Federations;2. Preparation of the Content Papers;3. Co-operation between the members of the working
groups:a) Development of the module specification and the
indicative content,b) Preparation of the national specialities,c) Recommendations for the e-Learning development;

Task and responsibilities
The heads of the quadrangles are responsible for:• preparation of the curriculum (module specification + indicative
content) in the working language of the module;• preparation of the national specialities;• translation of the curriculum into English (if it is not the working
language) and into the local language;• finalisation of the teaching material with self-test questions, links, etc.

Problems- Overwork - 17 modules limited resources- P2 Université Paris Ouest – Défense (FR):Changes in the management and in the international relations

Management at partner level was not workingCo-operation at module level were difficult

After several discussions the Université Paris Ouest – Défense was withdrawn from the project in a Grant Agreement

Exploitation – BBS (Hungary)
Learning Management System (LMS) - CooSpace - is ready for student registration
The teaching materials, completed in the project, will be used first by modules in other courses
The Master course (Entrepreneurship) can be launched from February 2011 the earliest.
The preparation of the accreditation documentation has started, the national accreditation procedure can start in September 2010 the earliest.
