At the end of the presentations of the four modules listed under the course PEV 128, you should understand the importance of using the appeal and know how and when to use the different kinds of appeals. In short, you
should be able to get decisions for Christ.

It is clear to me that the Holy Spirit gives power to
our efforts and He needs our best efforts, or His
power is frustrated.

You gain decisions by asking for them.
Therefore, the more you ask, the more you
get.
Principles that will enhance your effectiveness as a soul winner:
• Preach with conviction and sincerity.Believe and live what you are presenting.
• Appeal must be definite and well planned.People must be asked to make the following
decisions:
Decision for Prayer
Decision to love Christ
Decision to accept Christ
Decision to keep the Sabbath Christ’s kept
Decision to be baptized like Christ

• An appeal for honest investigation
Every decision has 4 levels:Every decision has 4 levels:Information – Presentation of the facts.
Conviction – This is done by the Holy Spirit but the information must be clear.
Please note: Decisions are not made because a person is convicted to do so. Decisions are made when it is something the person wants to do. Conviction must be implanted.
Desire – Where feelings are sorted out. They conclude, this is what I want to do.
Action – This is when the individual acts.
