Registration for the Pfizer enCompass® Provider Portal is the first step to establish secure access to the provider portal and requires only a few steps. Once registered, the healthcare professional (HCP) will use their unique login and password to access tools designed to help with patient support and access to therapy.

1. Go to www.pfizerencompassonline.com.

2. Select the “Registration” link on the toolbar or click the “Register Now” button on the left side of the screen to start the registration process.

3. Fill out all the required fields (denoted by an asterisk) on the “User Registration” page, and select the “Submit” button.

4. Pfizer enCompass will contact you within 1-2 business

days to verify your registration.

• Pfizer enCompass will make 3 attempts to contact you to complete the registration before you will need to re-register.

5. Once the registration is complete, you will receive an email with instructions to create a username, password, and security answer for your account. After finishing this step, you may begin using the provider portal.

Registered users can enroll patients for Pfizer enCompass® reimbursement and patient support by completing the online Pfizer enCompass Enrollment Form. Supporting documents can also be submitted in the provider portal.

1Once logged into the provider portal, select “Patient Tools” on the toolbar and choose “Online Forms”; you can also click on the “Enroll Patient/Request Service” button on the left side of the screen.

On the “Patient Enrollment” page, use the drop-down boxes to select a service, form, product, treating site, and physician.• Once all the drop-down selections have been made, select an existing patient from the Patient List or

select “New Patient” to add a patient not on the list.

3Fill out all the required fields (denoted by an asterisk) on the “Patient,” “Clinical,” “Insurance,” “Provider,” and “Billing” pages. After completing the page, select the “Next” button to navigate to the next page.

4Review the information on the “Review Selections” page to ensure that the information is accurate and that all required information has been entered (missing required information is denoted by red text).

Attach supporting documents on the “Review Selections” page (eg, insurance cards, clinical notes) to the electronic patient enrollment.• Up to 8 megabytes (MB) may be sent in the following file types as attachments: .docx, .doc, .pdf, .bmp,

.xlsx, .xls, .txt, .jpg, .tiff, .tif, .gif, and .png.

Review the “Acknowledgments” section found on the “Review Selections” page and click the check box if you agree with the statement.• The “Submit” button at the bottom of the page will not be available unless the check box

is selected.

Select a Provider Electronic Signature (eSign) option and then the “Submit” button to completethe enrollment.• Once the enrollment is submitted, it is reviewed by Pfizer enCompass before it appears on the Patient List.

Please contact Pfizer enCompass, if you do not see the patient on your list within 1 business day.

8Next Steps: After submitting, either follow the eSign instructions, or follow the steps on the Enrollment Submission Confirmation screen to open the form, print, and sign the form. Have the patient review and sign the consent section. Then fax to Pfizer enCompass at 1-844-482-4482.

How to Enroll Patients

NOTE: Once the enrollment process is started, any incomplete form will be listed in the “Incomplete Forms” section found on the left side of the provider portal. The patient’s name will remain on this “Incomplete Forms” list until the enrollment has been successfully submitted or the pending enrollment is deleted.

Within the provider portal, registered users may view all of their patients enrolled (electronically, fax, or phone) in Pfizer enCompass®. Go to the “Patient List” page to see the following information for each patient:

Patient Pfizer enCompass ID: HIPAA-compliant identifier for the patient Patient Name Date of Birth Service: Type of support Pfizer

enCompass provided for the patient

Product: Pfizer product being used to

treat the patient

Service Type Status: Where the patient is in the process with a

requested support

Alerts: Provide important information to registered HCPs on the status of

support or key actions needed by the HCP to complete requested support

The Patient List has two viewing options:

• “Show all Patients” to see all patients associated with your account. To view specific patient information, click on the patient’s name to see details, including insurance information, past enrollments, summary of benefits, etc.

• Click on “Patients with Alerts” to only view patients with alerts. Click on the alert to see a description and the requested next steps. The provider portal will send you an email when there is a new alert for your patient. You can unregister from receiving these alerts by updating your profile.

As part of the support offered by Pfizer enCompass, Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) are available to assist HCPs with understanding how to use portal features and to answer any questions, or contact Pfizer enCompass by phone at 1-844-722-6672, Monday–Friday, 9 am–8 pm ET.

FRMs and Pfizer enCompass Access Counselors are also available to provide the following assistance:

• Local and regional payer coverage updates

• Billing, coding, and reimbursement education

• Payer specialty pharmacy network requirements

• Patient insurance benefit verifications

• Medical necessity requirements

• Prior authorization assistance

• Claims submission and appeals assistance

• Various patient support programs Pfizer provides for uninsured, underinsured, and insured patients who cannot afford their out-of-pocket costs
