✔ All functional clothing can be washed using a gentle cycle at 30°C or 40°C (using TextileWash)✔ Then it should be left to dry completely✔ Spray with a thin layer of TextileProof✔ These fabrics can also be washed by hand or in cold water

✔ Do not wash sleeping bags more often than necessary. Sleeping bag liners help avoid soiling and increase the sleeping bag‘s life by reducing the need to wash it. Wash sleeping bags by hand using a special washing agent (e.g., NaturalWash) or in the machine on a gentle cycle. Do not use stain removers✔ Dry in a tumble dryer at a maximum of 30°C. Dry cleaning is also possible✔ Store the sleeping back loosely, by hanging it up or storing it in a large storage bag✔ MERINO wool: Wash Merino wool at 30°C in the washing machine with your normal wash (put similar colours together)✔ Do not use fabric softener or a bleaching agent – do not dry in a tumble dryer. Dry flat in the shade or on a clothes airer. Do not iron prints

TIPS & TRICKS

✔ Follow the instructions on the care label sewn into the garment✔ Ensure any used laundry is dry when stored and wash as soon as possible✔ First rinse under running water to remove major dirt (for instance using HOLMENKOL PreWash Sport)✔ Wash products only with a special washing agent (such as TextileWash). Most conventional household washing agents are too aggressive and may damage the outer material and membrane✔ Close all zips and Velcro fastenings before washing. Remove the hood from the collar, if applicable

✔ Never use fabric softener✔ Never cram too much into the washing machine✔ To ensure no washing agent residues remain, rinse twice✔ Allow jackets to dry on a hanger in a warm place✔ Avoid direct sunlight✔ Impregnate jackets with TextileProof after each wash (and as needed). This improves the drop-repellent effect and allows optimal wicking from the inside to the outside✔ Never leave your clothes/shoes dirty for a long period of time
