The body is made from mouth-blown

crystal glass or glass. The lid is solid brass

or steel. The lid is solar polished but not

lacquered so the metal will darken and

patinate over time.

Care Instructions

The glass carafe can be washed in a

dishwasher on a normal washing program.

Use a cloth to dry afterwards. Do not use

any cleaners with chemicals, solvents,

or harsh abrasives. The brass lid will oxidise

from the moment it is exposed to air. To

maintain a shiny appearance, use a mild

metal polish and a soft cloth.

With minimalist silhouettes and high functionality, the Bottle Series is all about f inding

beauty in simple things. Water and wine: these two drinks can bring much joy, and even more

so when enjoyed with sleek glassware.

These useful pieces made from mouth-blown glass are now available in smoked glass. The

clear series is timeless, while the new colourway brings a more contemporary look while

maintaining the streamlined forms.

Bottle Carafe—A tall, slim carafe that can be used for any liquid. Pour freshly-made juice over

breakfast, or fruit-infused water during a meeting.

Water Bottle—Everyone needs water; why not make your water vessel beautiful? The Water

Bottle in smoked glass can be kept on a desk as reminder to hydrate, or on a restaurant table

for guests to fill their own glasses.

About the Designer

Founded in Copenhagen in 2008 by Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and Kasper Rønn, Norm Architects

specialise in residential architecture, commercial interiors, industrial design, photography

and art direction. Today, the group regularly collaborates with MENU, helping to drive the

evolution of the brand and its product offerings. Norm Architects’ name reflects the group’s

emphasis on the importance of drawing inspiration from norms and traditions within archi-

tecture and design – particularly the Scandinavian design principles of timeless aesthetics

and natural materials, and the modernist values of restraint and refinement. Guided by these

principles, Norm Architects produce design that unites good materials and craftsmanship,

while embodying beauty, traditions, history and, most importantly, timeless simplicity,

where there is nothing more to add or take away.
