Simon Morgan

1. Hold weekly accountability reviews - ONGOING 2. Establish clear lines of communication and meeting schedule - ONGOING3. Establish weekly progress dashboards – ONGOING7. Establish key issues registers with clear accountabilities and timescales – ONGOING

Emerging scopeExternal - Risk that external parties and stakeholders introduce late scope changes that must be incorporated in the programme through the change control process, e.g. Olympics, TOC’s, LuL, DfT, LBoC

Peter Kings

1.Review impact of 3rd party issues and establish treatment plans via Emerging Requirements Forum – ONGOING

2. Robust implementation of Project Change Control process – ONGOING3. Where appropriate establish KXRP working group(s) to critique 3rd party issues, including remit to develop

3. Review contractor possession requirements to ensure not disruptive – ONGOING4. Confirm possession availability to remove NAD. Currently earliest opportunity available is mid 2013 based

upon East Coast works – November 2011.

Tripartite and LandRisk that NR is not able to hand-back land as scheduled in the Tripartite Agreement leading to penalties imposed by Argent. The agreement indicates £1m per month for late hand-back.

Lisa O’Toole

1. Monitor construction performance against hand-back schedule and advise of any adverse trends – ONGOING

2. Early engagement at a senior level between NR and Argent to identify areas of possible hand-back extension of time – Based upon the output from item 1.
