Minimum Requirements• Good Academic Record (2.1 minimum)• GCSE grade C or equivalent – Maths, English and
Science• Capability to meet Standards for QTS including subject
knowledge• Fitness to teach and CRB cleared• Read effectively and communicate clearly and
accurately in spoken and written Standard English• PLUS – we do not consider anyone who has not had
significant experience in school
