The Courtyard comprises just nine semi-detached and mews style homes in a traditional courtyard arrangement.
The homes have been inspired by the architecture of the Cheshire countryside, designed in the vernacular
of farm buildings and country cottages typically associated with an English Country Estate. Pitched slate roofs
with rustic brick walls and exquisite detailing including brick arches, pitching eye windows, intricate brick
detailing to gables and exposed rafter feet at the eaves create a real air of authenticity.
To reflect this heritage each of the house types has been named after the historic country homes of Cheshire
which surround the site.
