• Originally Staffed with (16) Instructors– (2) Operator– (6) Electrical covering both Shovel and Drill– (7) Mechanical covering both Shovel and Drill– (1) Drill only

• Primary course of training was field schools, regional seminars and Milwaukee based schools

• Institute was closed in 1999• 1999 to 2004

– Paired down to (5) Instructors– Focus placed on MinePro regions to do training– Remaining Milwaukee instructors were to develop new training

materials, while also providing train the trainer services to MinePro regions

• Late 2004 to Current– Creation and development of Peak Services– Staffing levels increased to (6) Instructors

• (1) Operator• (2) Electrical Shovel• (2) Mechanical Shovel• (1) Drill covering both electrical and mechanical

– Renewed focus on field training, regional seminars and Milwaukee based schools

– Maintain train the trainer philosophy to augment Milwaukee
