A little luxury this Christmas

OMG, all of it! Ha, can I say that?! Feminine prints are huge, as well as white! Lots and lots of white. Viktoria + Woods have the most incredible white trench in their current high summer collection. I cannot wait for that to drop at RB. Some of my favourite looks from that collection are featured (right).

WHAT’S YOUR MUST-HAVE FOR SUMMER 2014/2015?

A decent collection of designer sunglasses. I have to have options, because sunglasses that I wear with super casual stuff, really doesn’t work with dressier combo’s. They have been my biggest weakness for as long as I can remember! For beauty, I have to say the Protection Plus Daily SPF50+ by you guys. This needs to be in everyone’s daily skin care routine.

Oh dear, this is something that I could ramble on about for a while! I get asked all the time, what foundation do you use? Your skin is flawless etc etc…. Sorry guys, it’s not the foundation, it’s all about good skincare. I used to be so bad with looking after my skin. I mean, make up wipes to cleanse and body moisturiser on my face… so naughty and lazy! A friend of mine got me onto a great product and I noticed a huge difference, but damn, it wasn’t cheap. Then Alpha-H came in to my life, with even better results and so not heavy on the bank balance. I’m also a big believer of a healthy diet and lots of water is very, very important for maintaining a youthful glow.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE ALPHA-H PRODUCT AND WHY?

Firstly, I cannot pick just one. Haha, that’s just too hard. However, my latest favourite is the Age Delay Facial Oil. It is so soothing and I can feel my skin just soak it up. The smell is also very calming. LOVE LOVE! Liquid Gold is a no brainer… definitely something that everyone needs and also the Micro Cleanse. Those three would have to be my must-haves, but I still can’t live without so many others! I cannot thank you guys enough for introducing me to this incredible brand. I honestly tell the world about your product and feel so chuffed when people thank me for introducing them to Alpha-H.

sun. What better way to do that than with a bright and energetic

outdoor living area! Bring the indoors out with an on-trend

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 grapefruit, supremed and remaining membranes juiced

Salt, to taste

1 5-ounce bag mixed greens

1 watermelon radish, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch wedges

4 ounces of Point Reyes Toma or Gruyère, sliced thin

1 3/4-ounce package of edible flowers, like Jacobs Farm

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and grapefruit juice. Salt to taste.

In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, watermelon radish, and grapefruit. Toss salad in dressing, adding one tablespoon at a time, until leaves are lightly coated.

Transfer salad to a large plate and garnish with cheese and edible flowers.
