After the great success of Future University's previous international conferences held in Cairo (2012, 2013 & 2015), hosted over 50 national and international speakers and attracted more than 750 participants each time, it is my pleasure to announce the 4th FUE-International Conference of Pharmaceutical Sciences (4th FUE-ICPS, 2017) to be held at the Intercontinental Hotel, City Stars, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt on Jan 31st through Feb 2nd , 2017, to enable the exchange of ideas and to expand network with leading pharmaceutical scientists and clinicians presenting cutting-edge discoveries, research and new therapeutic drugs. The Pharma industry in Egypt (established more than 60 years ago) is the most prestigious and the oldest in the Middle East. More than 120 pharmaceutical production facilities now operate in Egypt. They include state, private, national and multinational companies. The pharmacists and other professionals who are the back bone of this industry are well trained and well qualified. However, to keep pace with rapid scientific developments, and emerging markets, it is essential to engage in continuous professional development. This conference serves this critical need. Call for Oral & Posters Presenters

Abstracts submitted for the session lectures and poster presentation will be reviewed on the basis of scientific merit, novelty and practical application. The abstracts should not exceed 200 words & should be written in English language including title, naming the main author with complete contact details (organization, mailing address, E-mail, phone & fax) and co-authors.

DEADLINE OF ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS FOR LECTURE AND POSTER PRESENTATION: 30th of November 2016. You are invited to submit your abstracts for the 4th FUE-ICPS, 2017, where professionals from around the world will gather to share the latest developments in their field.






Guidelines

For Oral Presenters Accepted abstracts scheduled for lecture session presentation will be grouped by topics. You will be notified of your session and time via e-mail. Also check the meeting program onsite.

Authors of the accepted oral presentations are requested to submit a CD of their PDF power point presentation by 31st of December 2016.

For Poster Presenters Poster sessions will be held between 9 am & 5 pm. Author(s) should be available during breaks and lunch time to answer questions, expand on the material and take part in discussions. The following guidelines will be adopted:

1. Accepted abstracts scheduled for poster session presentation will be grouped by topic. You will be notified of your session and time via email. Also check the meeting program onsite.

2. Posters should be mounted on assigned boards. Locate your poster number in the meeting program. Your poster number will be posted on your board prior to setup.

3. The Poster Session is located in the conference dedicated area. 4. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed by

the end of each session.

Poster Layout 1. The size of the poster should not exceed 1.5 meter high – 0.85 meter wide. All posters must

be in “portrait” format. 2. Use a clear typeface and, if possible, a laser printer. 3. Posters should be readable from a distance of 1-2 meters. Therefore, your text must be not

less than 16 points to enable easy reading. 4. It is of high interest to have a large lettering for the poster's title, author and company; the

font size of the title should be not less than 48 points. 5. Graphs and figures should be readable from a distance of 1-2 meters.

It is recommended to produce handout of not more than two pages for your poster.







Registration Details and Fee Structure

Instructions for Conference Registrants: 1. All Plenary and Keynote speakers will be registered by the Organizing Secretariat. 2. All Oral and Poster Presenters and other participants will be required to pay the

registration fee as indicated in Fee Structure. 3. Students – Students from academia may also register at a preferential student rate,

providing a copy of their student status/ID along with their submitted registration form.

4. Exhibitors - Each exhibiting company is entitled to a number of free exhibiting staff pass. They will be registered as 'Exhibitor Complimentary'. Any additional exhibitor is required to be registered at the normal rate.

5. Accompanying Persons may register through the registration category of the principal applicant. They will have access to all facilities availed by the principal applicant.
