Advanced technology MMIC run

70nm GaAs mHEMT run executed• Designs from, MECSA/INAF, ASTRON and CSIRO

• LNAs, 0.4GHz - - 100GHz

• Vectormods, phaseshifter

Summary progress

Antenna array: prototyping completed, to be ordered MMICs: Produced tested and available Cryostat: design completed, to be ordered

• Waiting for BF finalization

Beamformer: prototyping completed, final design needed Control and Calibration: principle design done

14

Summary progress, constraints

UMAN progress on hold for 4 months due to priority shift UMAN design/production and test of the BF on the critical

path due to (too) late start: direct impact on schedule

• Delay causes project efficiency problems (€?)

Summary progress, euros

MECSA: completion expected within budget ASTRON: manhour costs overrun expected INAF: no budget constraints UBIR: no budget constraints TCfA: no budget constraints UMAN: tbd
