    Much of your professional career includes flying your aircraft on instruments. In the Pro-Pilot Airline Programme you train for an Instrument Rating (IR) within your first 6 weeks - plus there is a unique 2FLY Jet Foundation Course in Phase One

    PHASE TWO: ADVANCED TRAINING: Vélez, Málaga, Spain

    Upon arriving in Spain you immediately continue your flight training by completing your commercial pilot's licence (CPL), a multi-engine rating (MECR) and EASA multi-engine Instrument Rating (MEIR)

    All advanced training takes place at a state-of-the-art purpose built flight training academy in beautiful Vélez near Málaga on the Spanish Riviera

    As in Florida, the weather and location is perfect for training allowing you to fly in and out of major international airports enhancing your professional skills as you gain your commercial licences

    Our instructors both sides of the Atlantic are selected for their experience and knowledge and dedicated to giving you all the skills you need to become an exceptional pilot

    All training and living accommodation is self contained within the airfield campus allowing you to focus on the task in hand while boasting great local amenities to allow you to relax and unwind

    The final part of your advanced training is a combined Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) and Jet Orientation Course (JOC)

    All jet training in Phase Two is conducted on our brand new Airbus A320 simulator

    As a bonus you will experience safety equipment and cabin crew familiarisation training using Norwegian cabin crew training facilities

    COURSE REQUIREMENTSAcademic requirementsIt is recommended you have a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent high school diploma.

    AgeIt is recommended to be at least 18 years of age at the time your CPL is issued. This means you can start training from around 17 and a half years of age.

    HealthYou need to be medically fit enough to obtain EASA Class 1 and FAA Class 3 medical certificates.

    Language dependencyYou need to be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

    Cadet Assessment & SelectionYou must successfully complete the 2FLY Cadet Assessment to be offered a place on a Pro-Pilot Programme. Contact a 2FLY Training Advisor for a copy of our Cadet Assessment guide for what the process entails.
