MARKETING TEAM • Act as the primary point of sales contact for the retail insurance agencies that do business with us• Responsible for building relationships with our existing insurance agency customers in an assigned territory• Split time between the road and the office: three days per week are spent visiting agencies and the other two are spent in a PHLY office• Review our appetite for the 100+ industries we serve and have agencies submit the documentation we need to prepare a quote• Collaborate with a team of PHLY employees in our Customer Service, Underwriting, and Claims departments to deliver the proposal

on target and on time• Earn a base salary plus uncapped new business commission on production from assigned territory

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM• Nine-month intensive training program with peers located in other regional offices throughout the U.S.• Three weeks of classroom-style learning in corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA• Networking and volunteer opportunities• Regular ride-alongs in the field with fellow Marketing Reps• Fully supported for state insurance licensing, in addition to other industry designations• Assigned mentor and weekly meetings with local PHLY office leader• Bonuses tied to various milestones throughout the program• Ability to earn commission within nine months of hire
