Synopsis: In an effort to proactively assist in targeting violent offenders and crime trends, the Criminal Intelligence Unit has chosen to analyze designated target locations within the city’s most violent police districts. As a result, active warrants for violent crime were extracted from the police departments warrant database for districts designated for targeted enforcement. The selected warrants were then verified, and placed into this document for public dissemination. Violent crimes designated for publication are:

• Homicide • Rape • Robbery involving firearm • Aggravated Assault involving firearm

Note: Warrants are listed by district of incident, and in Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR)

order. Additionally, several warrants repeat throughout the document due to the offender’s district of residence.
