Renovation started on August 8, 2019 and Phase 1 (ground floor) was completed by its target date September 14, 2019.

To celebrate this and serve as the catalyst for the transfer of the PSME National Office to its original home, a soft opening and office blessing was held on September 15, 2019. The simple yet solemn celebration was attended by the National President Dr. Jeffrey F. Singson and board of directors such as National Auditor Ransam S. Pirote, and some members of the Bayoran Building Committee. Also present were members of different PSME chapters across the country to witness yet another great achievement of the PSME as a unified organization.

The Bayoran Building houses the PSME National Office and will be occupied by the National Secretariat. Comprised of three departments namely Finance & Administration, Operations & Marketing, and Technical. The PSME National Headquarters will be a 2-storey building with mezzanine and a training room reserved for the ATC seminars.

PSME National President Dr. Jeffrey F. Singson welcomed all the delegates and thanked the MVAC-Re TD for their continued dedication to sustain their projects as one of the technical arms of the PSME. He also acknowledged and thanked them for their support to the PSME National.

On September 14, 2019, PSME QBL Host Chapter and Central Laguna Chapter organized the Invitational Bowling Tournament held at The Mills Country Club, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna. The event was attended by former chapter presidents, officers, Board of Directors and their families. A friendly competition ensued among fellow QBL and CLC engineers to build camaraderie.

Well-groomed gentlemen in their tailored suit and dazzling ladies in their glamorous dress filled the halls of Fontana Leisure Park Hotel and Casino with laughter and excitement, blending with the serenade of the band in the background.

On September 28, 2019, the PSME QBL Host Chapter 2nd General Membership Assembly and CPD Technical Seminar was held at Amherst Laboratories Inc. Unilab Pharma Campus, Mamplasan Binan, Laguna with the theme: “ADVANCING THE ROLE OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS IN THE NATION’S BUILD, BUILD, BUILD PROGRAM”. The event was also participated in by QBL Host Chapter Junior Units from Perpetual Help-Binan.

Guest speakers present during the General Membership Assembly were BME Chairman Hon. Jesus M. Redelosa, BME Member Hon. Lorenzo P. Larion, National President Dr. Jeffrey Singson, and National Director Engr. Jerry D. Asuncion.

BME Chairman Hon. Redelosa gave his inspirational message and Dr. Singson discussed the Platinum 2022 Program. QBL Host Chapter VP-Internal Engr. Jonald Jimenez presented the 2019 Calendar of Activities and Accomplishment of the Chapter for the months of January to September 2019.

One of the much awaited parts of the general assembly was the discussion on the new Table Of Specifications (TOS) for PME Aspirants. Hon. Larion discussed the new TOS for the awareness of all aspiring PMEs.

During the General Membership Assembly, the Election for Year 2020 BOD’s was conducted. CPD Technical Seminars with 8 CPD points were provided to participants free of charge. The following topics of the technical seminars were “Hydraulic Analysis for Automatic Sprinkler Design” by Engr. Rolando Pulido and “Guidelines in HVAC Design” - Engr. Edgardo San Juan, PME. The Plant Tour at AMHERST – Liquid Station was included in the CPD credit units.
