I seek refuge in Allah from the outcast Shaitan, In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Allah bears witnessAli ‘Imran 3:18. Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge - [that He is] maintaining [crea-tion] in justice. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Ibrahim 14:48. On the Day when the earth is changed into another earth, and the heavens, and they will emerge before Allah, the One, the Irresist-ible.

An-Nahl 16:79. Have they not seen the birds, flying in the midst of the sky? None sustains them except Allah. In this are signs for people who believe.

Al-Isra’ 17: 11. The human being prays for evil as he prays for good. The human being is very hasty.

Jinn and the HumansAdh-Dhariyat 51.56. I did not create the jinn and the humans except to worship Me. 57. I need no livelihood from them, nor do I need them to feed Me. 58. Allah is the Provider, the One with Power, the Strong.

Allah has explained what and when to doAn-Nahl 16:98. When you read the Quran, seek refuge with Allah from Satan the outcast. 99. He has no authority over those who believe and trust in their Lord.

Al-Mu’minun 23:97. And say, “My Lord, I seek refuge with You from the urgings of the devils. 98. And I seek refuge with You, my Lord, lest they become present.”

Ash-Shura 26:221. Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend? 222. They descend upon every sinful liar. 223. They give ear, and most of them are liars.

Al-Isra’ 17:53. Tell My servants to say what is best. Satan sows discord among them. Satan is to man an open enemy.

Adorned for the people Ali ‘Imran 2:14. Adorned for the people is the love of desires, such as women, and children, and piles upon piles of gold and silver, and branded horses, and livestock, and fields. These are the conveniences of the world-ly life, but with Allah lies the finest resort.

Al-Hadid`57: 20. Know that the worldly life is only play, and distraction, and glitter, and boasting among you, and rivalry in wealth and children. It is like a rainfall that produces plants, and de- lights the disbelievers. But then it withers, and you see it yellowing, and then it becomes debris. While in the Hereafter there is severe agony, and forgiveness from Allah, and acceptance. The life of this world is nothing but enjoyment of vanity.

Hearts find comfort in the remembrance of AllahA-Baqarah 2:152. So remember Me, and I will remember you. And thank Me, and do not be ungrateful. 153. O you who believe! Seek help through patience and prayers. Allah is with the steadfast.

Yunus 10:62. Unquestionably, Allah’s friends have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve. 10:63. Those who believe and are aware.

Ar-Ra’d 13:28. Those who believe, and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. Surely, it is in the remembrance of Allah that hearts find comfort.” 29. For those who believe and do righteous deeds—for them is happiness and a beautiful return.

Al-Muzzammil 73:8. And remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him with [complete] devotion.. 9. [He is] the Lord of the East and the West; there is no deity except Him, so take Him as Disposer of

[your] affairs.

Al-Hashr 59:22. 59:22 He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. He is the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. 59:23 He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of Faith, the Over-seer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him. 59:24 He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor, the Fashioner; to Him belong the best names. Whatever is in the heavens and earth is exalting Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Al-Hadid` 57:1. Glorifying Allah is everything in the heavens and the earth. He is the Almighty, the Wise. 2. To Him belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. He gives life and causes death, and He has power over all things.

Whispering soulQaf 50:16. And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein.

Al-Ma’arij 70:19. Man was created restless. 70:20. Touched by adversity, he is fretful. 70:21. Touched by good, he is ungenerous. 70:22. Except the prayerful. 70:23. Those who are constant at their prayers.

“There is in the body a clump of flesh - if it becomes good, the whole body becomes good and if it becomes bad, the whole body becomes bad. And indeed it is the heart.” Al-Bukhari

Healing for what is in the hearts…Ash-Sharh 94: 5. With hardship comes ease. 6. With hardship comes ease.

Yunus 10:57. O people! There has come to you advice from your Lord, and healing for what is in the hearts, and guidance and mercy for the be-lievers. 58. Say, “In Allah’s grace and mercy let them rejoice. That is better than what they hoard.”

Al-Isra’17:82. We send down in the Quran healing and mercy for the be-lievers, but it increases the wrongdoers only in loss.

Al-Jathiyah 45:20. This is an illumination for mankind, and guidance, and mercy for people who believe with certainty.

Healing for the peopleAn-Nahl 16:68. And your Lord inspired the bee: “Set up hives in the mountains, and in the trees, and in what they construct.” 69. Then eat of all the fruits, and go along the pathways of your Lord, with precision. From their bellies emerges a fluid of diverse colors, containing healing for the people. Surely in this is a sign for people who reflect.

Provision, Prayers, Fasting, CharityAl-Baqarah 2: 110. And perform the prayer, and give alms. Whatever good you forward for yourselves, you will find it with Allah. Allah is See-ing of everything you do. 2:183. O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become righteous. 2:201. And among them is he who says, “Our Lord, give us goodness in this world, and goodness in the Hereafter, and protect us from the torment of the Fire.” 2:277. Those who believe, and do good deeds, and pray regularly, and give charity—they will have their reward with their Lord; they will have no fear, nor shall they grieve.

Ali ‘Imran 3:8. “Our Lord, do not cause our hearts to swerve after You have guided us, and bestow on us mercy from Your presence; You are the Giver.” 3:16. Those who say, “Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us our sins, and save us from the suffering of the Fire.” 3:26. Say, “O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty. You grant sovereignty to whom You will, and You strip sovereignty from whom you will. You honour whom you will, and You humiliate whom you will. In Your hand is all goodness. You are Ca-pable of all things.”

Al-Anfal 8:3. Those who perform the prayer; and from Our provisions to them, they spend. 8:4. These are the true believers. They have high stand-ing with their Lord, and forgiveness, and a generous provision.

Hud 11:114. Perform the prayer at the borders of the day, and during the approaches of the night. The good deeds take away the bad deeds. This is a reminder for those who remember. 11:115. And be patient. Allah will not waste the re- ward of the virtuous.

Ibrahim 14:40. “My Lord, make me one who performs the prayer, and from my offspring. Our Lord, accept my supplication.”

Al-Isra’ 17: 26. And give the relative his rights, and the poor, and the way-farer, and do not squander wastefully.

Al-’Ankabut 29:45. Recite what is revealed to you of the Scripture, and perform the prayer. The prayer pre- vents indecencies and evils. And the remembrance of Allah is greater. And Allah knows what you do.

Saba’ 34:39. Say, “My Lord extends the provision to whomever He wills of His servants, or with- holds it. Anything you spend, He will replace it. He is the Best of providers.”

PilgrimageAli ‘Imran 3:95. Say, “Allah has spoken the truth, so follow the religion of Abraham the Monotheist; he was not a Pagan.” 3:96. The first house established for mankind is the one at Bekka; blessed, and guidance for all people. 3:97. In it are evident signs; the Station of Abraham. Whoever enters it attains security. Pilgrimage to the House is a duty to Allah for all who can make the journey. But as for those who refuse—Allah is Inde-pendent of the worlds.

MisfortuneAsh-Shura 42:30. Whatever misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned; and yet He pardons much.

At-Taghabun 64:11. No disaster occurs except by Allah’s leave. Whoever believes in Allah, He guides his heart. Allah is Aware of everything.

Remission of sins / RepentanceAl-Baqarah 2:160. Except those who repent, and reform, and proclaim. Those—I will accept their repentance. I am the Acceptor of Repentance, the Merciful.

Ali ‘Imran 3:8. “Our Lord, do not cause our hearts to swerve after You have guided us, and bestow on us mercy from Your presence; You are the Giver.”

An-Nisa’4:106. And ask Allah for forgiveness. Allah is Forgiver and Mer-ciful.

Yusuf 12:53. “Yet I do not claim to be innocent. The soul commands evil, except those on whom my Lord has mercy. Truly my Lord is Forgiving and Merciful.”

Al-Anbiya 21:87. And [mention] the man of the fish, when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree [anything] upon him. And he called out within the darknesses, “There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.” 21:88. So We responded to him and saved him from the distress. And thus do We save the believ-ers.

Al-Mu’minun 23:118. And say, “My Lord, forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of the merciful.”

Al-Furqan 25.71. Whoever repents and acts righteously has inclined to-wards Allah with repentance.

Al-Qasas 28:16. He said, “My Lord, I have wronged myself, so forgive me.” So He forgave him. He is the Forgiver, the Merciful.

At-Tahrim 66:8. O you who believe! Repent to Allah with sincere repent-ance. Perhaps your Lord will remit your sins, and admit you into gardens beneath which rivers flow, on the Day when Allah will not disappoint the Prophet and those who believed with him. Their light streaming before

them, and to their right, they will say, “Our Lord, complete our light for us, and forgive us; You are capable of all things.”

Self-purificationAl-Baqarah 2:156. Those who, when a calamity afflicts them, say, “To Al-lah we belong, and to Him we will return.” 2:157. Upon these are blessings and mercy from their Lord. These are the guided ones.

Al-’Ankabut 29:69. As for those who strive for Us—We will guide them in Our ways. Allah is with the doers of good.

Al-Insan)76:18. A spring therein named Salsabeel. 76:19. Passing among them are eternalised youths. If you see them, you would think them sprinkled pearls.

An-Naba’ 78:31. But for the righteous there is triumph. 78:32. Gardens and vineyards. 78:33. And splendid spouses, well matched.

Al-Fajr 89:27. But as for you, O tranquil soul. 89:28. Return to your Lord, pleased and accepted.

Al-Layl 92:18. He who gives his money to become pure. 92:19. Seeking no favour in return. 92:20. Only seeking the acceptance of his Lord, the Most High.92:21. And he will be satisfied.

Children and Childless Maryam 19:7. “O Zechariah, We give you good news of a son, whose name is John, a name We have never given before.”

Ash-Shura 42:49. To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He creates whatever He wills. He grants daughters to whomever He wills, and He grants sons to whomever He wills. 42:50. Or He combines them together, males and females; and He renders whomever He wills sterile. He is Knowledgeable and Capable.

Care of parentsLuqman 31:14. We have entrusted the human being with the care of his parents. His mother carried him through hardship upon hardship, wean- ing him in two years. So give thanks to Me, and to your parents. To Me is the destination. 31:15. But if they strive to have you associate with Me something of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them. But keep them company in this life, in kindness, and follow the path of him who turns to Me. Then to Me is your return; and I will inform you of what you used to do.

TruthfulAl-Ahzab 33:35. Muslim men and Muslim women, believing men and believing women, obedient men and obedient women, truthful men and truthful women, patient men and patient women, humble men and hum-ble women, charitable men and charitable women, fast- ing men and fast-ing women, men who guard their chastity and women who guard, men who remember Allah frequently and women who remember—Allah has prepared for them a pardon, and an immense reward.

DeathAl-Ankabut 29:56. O My servants who have believed: My earth is vast, so worship Me alone. 57. Every soul will taste death. Then to Us you will be returned.

Az-Zumar 39:42. Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that have not died during their sleep. He retains those for which He has decreed death, and He releases the others un- til a predetermined time. In that are signs for people who reflect.

Qaf 50:43. Indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and to Us is the destination.

Multiple Quran and hurry while reading[ ] Almost every Muslim has multiple Quran Sharifs in his house, yet the reason for trying to write this book with verses from the Qur’an is because

[ ] While we read the Quran, there is a rush in the heart to finish the khatam soonest. Almost breathlessly we read to the end we gasp and let out a sigh and say, Alhamdulillah I have finished my khatam. Now my question is, you did khatam for what? You can never khatam Quran. The Quran is Allah’s command and prohibition. We need to read the Quran to understand. From beginning to end everything is explained in Quran. With a little caution, read slowly with patience and solution to all our problems will be in the blink of an eye. You don’t have to believe my dia-logue, try it yourself. Soon you will be peaceful In Sha Allah.

‘Cruel truth’[ ] The cruel truth is, while chanting civilisation and decency we are be-coming wild and terrifying. © M.A.H

‘O wise one’[ ] O wise one, give me wisdom. O powerful, give me influence. O dom-ineering influencer give me powerful influence. Forgive my sins, O For-giver. O praiseworthy, please bestow me with wealth, respect and suc-cess. © M.A.H

‘Sudden loud noise of thunder’[ ] May be unthinkable but unimaginably we are unmanaged and getting poorer. Peaceful ordinary life is better than sinful lavish life. Sudden loud noise of thunder, humour, ridicule, prank, satire and jokes. We don’t like to walk in the hot sun. If others does then it’s enjoyable, This violates the transgression limit. © M.A.H

‘Deliberately disobey Allah’[ ] There is life in every organism and creature are use to comfort. After being understanding and intelligent, they becomes seeker of peace and happiness. Jinns and humans can deliberately disobey Allah, while oth-er creatures do what Allah has created them to do. Disobedience is the source of the jinn and the humans suffering. Allah has commanded us to eat honey, dates, grapes and other fruits, but we die fighting for meat. © M.A.H

‘The six inherent vices’[ ] The six inherent vices are part of livelihood, as long as there is con-sciousness in our being In that moment, the heart whisper and invokes us. On top of that Shaitan is our open enemy. With all the tactics and all the power he is always trying to get us in his team. © M.A.H

‘Angel of death’[ ] The word sham (cessation) means peace and peace word means un-perturbed, mental peace or stability. Bangla word shaman means god of death, Arabic is malakul maut. Malakul means angel and maut means death, angel of death. © M.A.H

‘Creator of seven worlds’[ ] Allah is the Creator of seven worlds and the source of mystery. Again, Allah is the cause of all mysteries and unanswered questions. There is no detailed analysis of the words of Allah. There is nothing special to think about in Allah. The thought of the thought of Allah is exhausted with the utterance of the word Allah. The word Allah is not unthinkable, but undreamed. © M.A.H

‘Attracting the attention’[ ] Attracting the attention of others, laughing to get attention, laugh-ing out loud, taunting, yelling. Keeping the attitude towards glory, fame, prestige, folklore. Our attention and vision are attracted very easily. Even though we know that we are transgressors, we are laughing and violating our boundaries. © M.A.H

‘Ashamed’ [ ] Wen we get angry our soul whispers, I’m so powerful, I know so and so, I can do this, I can do that, I will beat the hell out of him. Actually we can’t do nought, only blood pressure goes up, for nothing we suffer anxiety, friendships are ruined. Because of gibberish we get ashamed. © M.A.H

‘Some believes in materialism’[ ] Some people do not want to believe the reality despite the fact. Some people are confused by being overly realistic. Some believes in materi-alism. They believe by becoming inanimate will make them sinless and forgiven. Some people are stubbornly opposed and stay against it for life, this disturbed his peace of mind and dies early. © M.A.H

‘Happiness and peace’[ ] Part of the worship of eating and drinking. You have to sit peacefully on the ground and have dinner. But we do not have time so we eat in hurry, when drinking water we get hiccups. Ya Allah I want happiness and peace .Ya Allah you are full of happiness, peaceful. Ya Allah , honour wealth success and bless me with your satisfaction. © M.A.H

‘Say thank you’[ ] I believe education will break the cruse and righteous thinking will make us innocent. By surrender everything only the pacifist surrenders in front of the Creator. There are more than one religion on earth and all religions teach peace and tranquility. If you have done something sinful repent soonest and ask for forgiveness. If you are wrong or if you have done something wrong say sorry. If anyone does something good for you or a favour say thank you. © M.A.H

‘Hypocrite and deceiver’[ ] In order to achieve peace and happiness, we do visit the arena of hypo-crite and deceiver. For remission of sins and peaceful tranquillity we also act like secret evildoer. For happiness and strength we do unimaginable activity and suffer life-long turmoil. But we do not even want to know the available sources and information. If you sit on your knees with closed eyes and keep murmuring the synonyms of peace and its activities the brain will dry and anxiety will start automatically. © M.A.H

‘Daily activity’[ ] Poverty and hardship will end soon if we start our day and daily activity in the name of Allah. Muslims greeting words are peace be upon you. Meeting and exchanging news began with peace. The word Islam means peace. The first letter of the word Islam is Alif. Alif is a straight letters. Islam means peace, and simplest way to achieve happiness and prosperity. After being happy with wealth of happiness, if one close eyes and utters, I have no happiness, he will never find happiness. © M.A.H

‘All forms’[ ] All forms of creator creation have become monotonous to human beings. All the elements of universes are in human body. The heart is fragile, mind is agile, soul is unimaginable, because that our behaviour is unpredictable. Our heart embarrass and confuses us and sinks us in the ocean of sadness. Some people do not want to believe the reality despite the fact. Some people are confused by being overly realistic. © M.A.H

‘Best of creation’[ ] Being the best of creation we displease the Creator and please the cursed Shaitan. To be happy with heavenly wealth of happiness, and for prosperity the greatest creation of creator is desperate. While swim-ming in ocean of peace and happiness we suffer extreme anxiety. How unfortunate do we have to be to suffer this adversity? The suffering starts soonest we do something prohibited knowingly and understandably.The influence of assets and abuse of power onsets suffering, poverty, trouble and misery. © M.A.H

‘Sadism or pessimism’ [ ] Some people believe in sadism or pessimism. Most people suffer. Cause of suffering, financial hardship, and physical suffering. Irrational suffering does not trouble anyone. Few people enjoy a lifetime. In the pursuit and effort of being happy, most people are distressed, cursed, and harmed. The word happiness means ease or comfort. Peace and death are intimately involved with cessation. Happiness is associated with the abstinence of desire and the stability of the heart. Peace is at the touch of death. © M.A.H

‘Jealous of others wealth’[ ] If anyone gets jealous of others wealth and happiness, his blood pressure will go high with his level of jealousy, and high blood pressure leads to death at one stage. Jealousy can be cause of death. Some people gives up humanity to become rich. Capitalism blinds people with greed. Greed for wealth makes people abnormal. With trick and tactics makes other poor. The source and component of the affliction of the rich and the

poor, not pray, not pay Zakat, not going to Hajj, lying and not telling the truth, not remembering to Allah, not helping even when you can afford it. © M.A.H

‘Fear of someone’[ ] Fear of someone and suffer in silence can ruin livelihood and it is a sinful act. Don’t suffer in silence, shout aloud and shatter the glass of silence. Those who willing and knowingly makes other suffers they are actually cruel people. Pray for them to get well who are the reason of your spiritual and emotional misery, as they are mentally sick. For peace the murderers disturb the earth, the peacekeepers suffer in turmoil for peace. Secret evildoers are the worst enemy of peace and prosperity, they are the cursed spirit.Knowing that death is with us as our shadow we want to be immortal in the influence of power and wealth. © M.A.H

‘Inner peace’To achieve inner peace avoid getting angry in every circumstances. Don’t be jealous of anything or anyone.Be happy with what you have and what you are. Don’t rush with anything.Don’t do anything to other that you don’t want other to do to you.Help other and be helpful to other and be a well wisher. Be a thinker and think about the nature.Be thankful, loyal and trustworthy. Help other with money, physically and mentally. Do good deed with the intention of pleasing yourself and for inner peace. Remember, wisdom stays with you for the rest of your life.Wealth and power changes hand, physical and mental health deteriorates.Growing wisdom teeth means time to be wiser and to be peaceful.Still if you are stressed and restless, close your eyes and keep on chanting As-salamu.
